everything’s better in the fall.

That’s right – I’m one of those people who will not stop going on and on about how I’m obsessed with this season and everything about it.

The main reason I love the fall is because it’s just so…cozy. The city also seems to get a refreshed sense of being alive and expectant.

…And then there’s the clothes. Layers upon layers upon flannel. Yes please.

And there’s the food. I’m not just talking about pumpkin, but also hearty lunches like an apple, walnut, and gorgonzola salad.

Brunch with my girl friends is especially good with the addition of pumpkin scones, spinach & cheese strata, and a Dulce de Leche French toast bake.

And then there’s the weather. Ohh, the weather. Yesterday’s mid-60s made for the perfect evening for the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park.

I guess the only thing that doesn’t change with the seasons is fun nights out with the best of company.

Now I’m off to enjoy this gorgeous fall Sunday. Brunch, church, and maybe a tad bit of shopping is on the agenda…

What’s your favorite season? Favorite thing about autumn?

I’m never ready for winter but I do love me some fall!

I wore my first official fall outfit yesterday: red skinny jeans (first colored pair of skinnies an I’m obsessed) and a black peasant blouse. Fun and comfy!

I am officially obsessed with fall this year! I’m not a big fan of winter [too cold] but fall is such a beautiful transition! Biggest thing on my fall bucket list this year: go apple picking!!!

I live in Southern California; in the San Fernando Valley. Today is expected to be 104 degrees! I just moved to this part of Los Angeles and the heat is too much! But Fall any where in LA kind of sucks. We don’t get to enjoy the coats and the scarves and the boots and the wonderful layers of clothes until Winter. So I’m going to have to say my favorite season is winter.

Fall is my favorite season as well! Winter is a close 2nd. I love when the leaves change color & fall off the trees. And I might be crazy, but fall has a smell to it when the wind blows. I just love the jeans and a hoodie weather and that fall breeze <3
