snippets of my new home.

Ever since the move, many of you have asked for photos of the new place.

(Including my own parents. Sorry, mom and dad!)

We’re still in the process of unpacking and decorating, and I was going to hold off posting photos until that was all said and done. But, seeing as that might take a few weeks, here are some of my favorite snippets from our new nook :)

First up: our living room, which still needs some work, but it’s getting there!

I’m obsessed with this vintage-y sofa Erica brought from home. It makes the room really cozy.

Our closet is probably the only “room” that is fully unpacked…

…our kitchen definitely some work in that department, though.

BUT, I’m happy to say that I’m at least eating homemade meals again - like macaroni and cheese, courtesy of Erica.

(I’ve got to get this recipe from her to post for you all…)

…And, not-so-homemade meals are better than having cereal for dinner, right? :)

(spinach, black beans, Dr. Praeger’s veggie patty, Laughing Cow cheese, and nutritional yeast.)

I must say that for the first time since living in New York, I don’t want to leave home! But, work is calling, so off I go…

Enjoy your weekend, my lovely friends. xoxo G

Oh my! What a lovely home! I’m not going to lie, I’m suffering from a bit of NYC apartment envy right now. So much sunlight and what a fabulous kitchen.

And homemade meals are the best. Especially when someone else is doing the cooking.

Unpacking is so time consuming and decorating really is a work in progress, especially with a full time job! I’m finally justtt starting to make my first apartment look like home, cozy, etc. I love your place though!

I’m loving the looks of the new house, Gracie! I hope it has a big enough kitchen for you and Erica. That macaroni and cheese looks absolutely amazing. So cheesy and delicious. LOVE! 😀
